Introducing Curie Sensitive Skin

Curie Sensitive Skin on beach

Baking soda is an important ingredient in our deodorant due to its natural odor-fighting properties, but it can cause irritation for some people. We wrote about this last month, and we've since heard from a few early customers who have experienced irritation from our deodorant.

Skincare products are not a one-size-fits-all. What works for some people may not work for others, and we understand that. At Curie, we want to make every effort to create products that work for as many people as possible. And for that reason, we're excited to announce Curie Sensitive Skin - the same great formula as our original Curie, but made with lower amounts of baking soda. The baking soda we took out is replaced with arrowroot powder, which is a great natural moisture-absorber. This formula is just as effective and still has the same great scent, but a bit more gentle for those of you with sensitive skin.

We recommend this formula to anyone who:

1) Has sensitive skin

2) Is going through hormonal changes, such as pregnancy or menopause

3) Has reacted to products with baking soda in the past

We have been testing this formula for a few months now, and so far it has passed with flying colors. It holds up throughout the day and does not cause even the slightest bit of irritation.

We wouldn't have made this formula if it wasn't for your input so thank you to all who spoke up. We truly take your feedback to heart.
