SHIPPING
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $40 and for our subscription program. At this time, we cannot offer free shipping to Canada.
Please note, the customer is responsible for all taxes or customs duties incurred by Canadian customs. Curie is unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". These charges are determined by the individual country. Refusing to pay duties will not return the package to us and we will not be able to issue a refund.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping is currently taking between 7-10 business days due to carrier delays. You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update once your order has shipped.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada for all products.
My package was scanned as delivered but it still hasn’t arrived. What now?
Here are a few steps we suggest you take.
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.
- Give it a little more time. Sometimes a shipping courier scans something as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In most cases, it can take 1-2 business days for your shipment to appear.
- Check with neighbors, housemates, areas near your mailbox, and/or mailroom, in case your package was received elsewhere.
- Check your USPS tracking link for a notice of an attempted delivery. This notice will have instructions on the next steps you should take.
- Contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.
If you’ve completed all of the steps below and still haven’t found your package, please contact us via email at sup@curiebod.com!
It looks like my package hasn’t actually shipped. The tracking still says it’s in pre-shipment.
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number when your package ships.

How do I change my address?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information:
- After placing your Curie order, you have 45 mins to edit anything if needed. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address. If your 45-minute window is up, please email sup@curiebod.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible!
If you have received a tracking email:
- Unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address provided. You can try contacting the carrier directly.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at sup@curiebod.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do our best to process your request.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us at sup@curiebod.com with your order number and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products, which is why we offer a happiness guarantee. If they aren’t working for you, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of purchase—just email sup@curiebod.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.
If I purchased Curie in-store can I return online?
Any Curie product that is purchased in person must be returned to the store where you purchased it. At this time we do not accept returns from other retailers/locations.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! If you’d like to retail our products or have Curie as an amenity at your business, please email us at sup@curiebod.com or place an order through Faire.

Where can I find Curie in stores?
Select Curie products including our Armpit Detox Mask, Deodorant Stick, Deodorant & Body Spray in Warm Vanilla, Coconut Nectar, White Tea, and Orange Neroli, are available at Walmart stores nationwide, and on Walmart.com. You also can find our deodorant & body sprays in fitness studios nationwide including Equinox and SoulCycle. To find a location near you, visit our store locator.
Where can I find a list of ingredients?
All ingredients are listed on each individual product page under the “Full Ingredient List” menu. You can also see our Curie Clean Standards™ here.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Our products are non-toxic, aluminum-free, and safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Of course, we always recommend consulting your doctor.
What does your fragrance ingredient mean?
Including the term “fragrance” on the ingredients list can leave a lot up to imagination so we want to clear it up for you. Every single ingredient you’ll find in our products has been tested for toxicity and safety—and that includes our fragrances, which are made up of essential oils and only safe synthetics. Does your deodorant have baking soda in it?
Our Deodorant Stick is low in baking soda and our Deodorant & Body Spray is 100% baking soda-free.
I’ve heard there is a transition period when you switch to aluminum-free deodorant. Is that true?
We’re not going to lie, some people do experience a brief transition period. We promise it’s worth it though! We recommend our Armpit Detox Mask for those making the switch. Check out our blog for more tips.
I have irritation, what should I do?

Are your products vegan?
All our products are vegan, except for our stick deodorant which contains beeswax.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We are and always will be cruelty-free. We are also proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, the only internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Is your packaging sustainable?
The packaging for our stick deodorant, spray deodorant, and armpit detox mask is made of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and is also recyclable. Our shipping materials, including our boxes, envelopes, and filler are all made of recycled paper. We sustainably source all of our ingredients.
Do you offer samples?
We do not offer samples. However, if you aren’t sure about which scent to try, we recommend our Mini Deodorant Sticks, order a variety of scents and try a few! We do have a happiness guarantee, so if you want to try our products and don’t love them, there’s no risk.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Do you offer a subscription?
We offer subscriptions for most of our products. When you subscribe, you save 15% off all your favorite Curie products and receive free shipping on all subscription orders within the U.S.! You can sign up for a subscription by selecting the “Subscribe and Save 15% off” option before adding your products to your cart. You can swap products, cancel, or change your subscription settings anytime by logging into your account or going to the login page and clicking the "Manage Subscription Without Password" statement.
Do I have to pay shipping for my subscription orders?
No, you will receive free shipping for all subscription orders (within the U.S.)
How do I manage my subscription? / Where do I go to manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription via this page on our website.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time! Just log into your subscription (here), scroll to the very bottom, and click on “Pause Subscription”.
Am I able to reactivate my subscription?
Yes! Log in to your account at any time and click on “Edit Subscription” and then “Reactivate Subscription” and you’re all set!
Can I swap products in my subscription?
Yes! Please log in to your account, scroll down, and click on “swap product”.
How can I change the frequency of my shipments?
Log in to your subscription account, scroll to the bottom, and click on the dropdown menu under “frequency”. You will then be able to toggle between different month options. Be sure to click save after choosing your new frequency!
How do I know if I have a subscription or not?

I know I have a subscription but it’s saying I don’t have an account. What should I do?
It looks like you may have missed the email where you’re prompted to activate your account! You have two options:
- Email us at sup@curiebod.com and we can resend you the account invite via email. Once you have activated your account, you can access your subscription using your email address.
- You can follow this link and either Create an Account yourself or click on “Manage Subscriptions Without Password”.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to your subscription, scroll down, and click on “Update my info”. Once you click on that, a window will pop up. You will need to scroll all the way down on that pop-up window and click on “Update Payment Method”.
Can I manage my subscription without creating an account? You sure can! Please follow this link and click on where it says “Manage Subscriptions Without Password”.
How can I make sure I receive subscription reminder emails? (is there an email address we can tell them to add to their “approved senders” list?)
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you aren’t seeing our reminder emails! You can also add ______ to your approved senders list to make sure you don’t miss anything.
I think I have multiple subscriptions set up. How can I tell?
When you log in to your subscription account, there is a red tab at the top of the home page. If there is more than one tab at the top with different account numbers, then you have multiple subscriptions. You can toggle back and forth to manage each one. If there is only one tab with one account number, then you only have one subscription.
How can I combine multiple subscriptions?

I no longer have access to the email address/I want to change the email on my subscription. Can I do this?

How do I update the shipping address on my subscription?
Log in to your subscription, scroll down, and click on “Update my info”. Once you click on that, a window will pop up. You can then type in your new address, scroll down, hit “submit” and you’re good to go!
