Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $35. At this time, we cannot offer free shipping to Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our standard shipping is currently taking between 7-10 business days due to carrier delays. You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update once your order has shipped.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada for all products.

My package was scanned as delivered but it still hasn’t arrived. What now?

Here are a few steps we suggest you take. If you’ve completed all of the steps below and still haven’t found your package, please contact us via email at!

  • Confirm that your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.
  • Give it a little more time. Sometimes a shipping courier scans something as delivered before it's actually physically delivered. In most cases, it can take 1-2 business days for your shipment to appear.
  • Check with neighbors, housemates, areas near your mailbox, and/or mailroom, in case your package was received elsewhere.
  • Check your USPS tracking link for a notice of an attempted delivery. This notice will have instructions on the next steps you should take.
  • Contact USPS and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.

It looks like my package hasn’t actually shipped. The tracking still says it’s in pre-shipment. 

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. Shipping typically takes 5 business days. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.


How do I change my address?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information:

  • Please email with your order number and new address as soon as possible! If you email us within a few hours of placing the order we can make the change to your shipping address.

If you have received a tracking email:

  • Unfortunately, your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address provided. You can try contacting the carrier directly.

How can I update my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do our best to process your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact us at with your order number  and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!

What is your return policy?

We have a happiness guarantee and want you to love your products. If they aren’t working for you, we offer a full return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Just email with your order number and products you’d like to exchange or return.

Do you offer a subscription?

We offer subscriptions on most of our products. You can change your subscription settings at any time by logging into your account or go to the login page and click the "Manage Subscription Without Password" button.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! If you’d like to retail our products or have Curie as an amenity at your business, please email us at 


Where can I find a list of ingredients? 

All ingredients are listed on each individual product page. You can also see our Curie Clean Standards here

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Our products are non-toxic, aluminum-free, and safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Of course, we always recommend consulting your doctor.

What does your fragrance ingredient mean?

Including the term “fragrance” on the ingredients list can leave a lot up to imagination so we want to clear it up for you. Every single ingredient you’ll find in our products has been tested for toxicity and safety—and that includes our fragrances, which are made up of essential oils and only safe synthetics. Does your deodorant have baking soda in it?

Our stick deodorant is low in baking soda and our full body deodorant spray is 100% baking soda-free. 

I’ve heard there is a transition period when you switch to aluminum-free deodorant. Is that true? 

We’re not going to lie, some people do experience a brief transition period. We promise it’s worth it though! Check out our blog for more tips.

I have irritation, what should I do?

Are your products vegan?

All our products are vegan, except for our stick deodorant which contains beeswax.

Are your products cruelty-free?

We are and always will be cruelty-free. We are also proud to share that our products are certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, the only internationally recognized certification organization for cruelty-free companies. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is 100% recyclable. 

Is your packaging sustainable?

The packaging for our stick deodorant, spray deodorant, and clay detox mask is made of 100% recycled plastic and is also recyclable. Our shipping materials, including our boxes, envelopes, and filler are all made of recycled paper. We sustainably source all of our ingredients. 

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer samples. We do have a happiness guarantee, so if you want to try our products and don’t love them, there’s no risk.
